Owner / Designated Broker
Ann has been actively been managing real estate in Tucson since 1998. She came to Tucson to manage properties owned by her family. Starting her career as an "owner manager" has given her a unique perspective. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Business Administration.
Stacey Allis
Director of Operations
Stacey joined AZ 1st in 2004 with over 5 years of experience. She has served as Property Manager, Regional Supervisor, and Controller. Stacey graduated from University of Northern Iowa and is currently licensed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
James
Director of Operations, Small Property Portfolio
James came to AZ 1st in 2017 with over 20 years' experience in management, marketing, and sales. He has been actively managing properties in Tucson since 2013.
Alicia
Corporate Office Manager
Alicia has been with AZ 1st since 2015. Her attention to detail and upbeat demeanor made her the clear choice to manage the corporate office since 2017.
Alma
Corporate Brand Manager
Alma has been with AZ 1st since 2004. Her dedication assures that our properties are always operating at optimum levels both financially and aesthetically.
Annahi
Accounts Payable Manager
Annahi began her career in 2007. She is a licensed salesperson with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and excels at keeping our vendor partnerships strong.
